8 Years for tagging!?!

I'm no lawyer but something about this isn't right. Am I missing something here? Pass this along. This kid needs help.


side note: I know destroying peoples property is wrong but is it worth 8 years of a kids life? What the hell is he going to do after 8 years in prison? Be a productive member of society?...please.
